It should either be a bit longer or have the heating coils reach further towards the edges. I understand it makes sense to stop the heat a bit from the edge of the blanket, but at the bottom 4 inches or so don't get warm at all, and about a 2 inch border on the other sides don't heat up. Maybe I'm tall at 5'10" but sometimes I have to fuss with it to cover me just right. So other people might want a slightly bigger blanket.
