Note 2: Normal phenomenon if temperature temporarily drops within 20℉ when starts printing--as digital box shows accurate number of temp, part of the machine heat will be transferred to the printed items when they are touched.

The press keeps tripping it's breaker and shutting off. I can't find any way to contact customer service. I'm not impressed.

Very unhappy with purchase

Theres is an immense amount of moving in the press I can completely turn the pressing plate sideways. Its giving a ton of uneven pressure because of all the movement. I am unsure where to contact customer support at.
