You can return items within 30 days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since the delivery was made, we cannot offer you a refund or a replacement.
In order for you to be able to return an item, it must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging.
Who pays the shipping costs for refunds?
- If the quality of the product is impeccable, we will not cover the return costs.
- If the product has a defect, please contact us first with appropriate evidence of the defect.
As soon as we have checked the product and confirmed the defect, we will refund the purchase price in full or in part.
- We do not accept cash on delivery shipments for returns. The return costs will not be reimbursed. We refuse to receive cash on delivery items.
- Before returning items to us, carefully check that all the information is correct. We only accept returns of Ohwill products.

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Send your item to the address given on the website.
Under certain conditions, we will only partially refund the purchase price:
- If an item is not in its original condition, is damaged or parts are missing, unless it is our fault.
- When an item is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once your return has been received and verified, we will email you to let you know the status of your refund.
If the refund is approved, the corresponding amount will be automatically transferred to the account used for payment within 10 working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you still haven't received your refund after 10 working days, the first thing to do is to check your bank account and make sure it's the same one that was used to make the purchase.
Then contact your credit / debit card company. Your refund may take some time to appear.
Next, contact your bank. Allow for processing times before a refund appears in your account.

Unfortunately, only regular-priced items can be refunded. Refunds are not available for items that are sold out.

If you are returning an item with a value of more than € 75, we recommend a shipping service with tracking and / or shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
