We ordered the bed in white and my husband and I had it together in no time. One part differed from the directions, but it was easy to figure out. There was a chip in the paint on one spindle (definitely not shipping related). The stickers to identify the parts are impossible to get off!! It would also look nicer if the screws were white to match. For the money, it isn't bad!

The canopy was easy to put up and stood a 15 mph wind on the beach. The instructions were lacking on how to tie the canopy down, and the stakes that came with it would not support much wind. I tied string in a loop on each corner of the tabs, then tied quarter inch cord to the loops. Then the rope was attached to tent stakes that were hammered into the sand at a 45 degree angle. This held the canopy in 15 20 mph wind.
Nice stand. The only weak point i see are the 2 wood pieces the stand hangs on. The wood is too soft. Be very careful when screwing into the wall. I had my drill set to 50% torque and the screw went deep due to the soft wood. Other than that it is very nice. It looks much more expensive than it was
We are very pleased with the quality of our storage cabinet. It is sturdy and fits in the spot where we had planned to use it. The only issue standing in the way of a 5+ rating is that missing hardware is preventing us from installing the doors. We only received 12 screws, and we need a total of 24. Would it be possible for you to send 12 of the following: N x24+2

The instructions were clear. My son and I put it together without any issues. The bed is solid with a metal frame. I was happy with the quality, especially for the price. Very happy with my purchase!

Wood chipped everytime I put a screw in. Very nice design, but not something that will last a long time.
When I went to use my tent it was broken. However I will say that if it wasn’t broken it would have been a nice. Easy setup but I had difficulties due to the broken pole. I hope someone reaches out to exchange so I can use it

This is the second cabinet , I’ve ordered from your company, first one was fine, second not so well,after I’d ordered the second one, we measured again and found out that it wasn’t the right size for the space ,I contacted you and said I would like to cancel the order, this was about six hours after I had placed the order,after about72 hours later ,I received a message from you saying that the order had already shipped and you couldn’t do anything about it, also if I wanted to return it , I was responsible for the shipping cost, which needless to say was more than the cabinet cost,
Needless to say I won’t be doing any more shopping from your company, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else to

We did submit a carrier interception request, but whether a package can be successfully stopped depends on the carrier and the shipment status, so interception is not always guaranteed. The temperature in my bedroom once hit 91°F, forcing me to run four fans at the time. After using this air conditioner, the room temperature quickly dropped to 78°F. Now, my two dogs can sleep peacefully beside me instead of lying sprawled on the floor, panting heavily like they used to. This little machine runs very quietly, too—it has really impressed me.
I was very excited about the furniture piece especially with how fast it shipped. Unfortunately as I was building I discovered a defective piece. After carefully re-examining the pieces and confirming that Part #4 had been manufactured with an incorrectly drilled hole, I drilled a new hole myself in order to complete the assembly.
That was not an ideal fix. While drilling the new hole, the engineered wood began lifting and showed signs that it could crack. However, after already spending several hours trying to identify the source of the problem, I decided it was a risk worth taking rather than continuing to lose time on a response on a brand-new piece of furniture.
I am extremely disappointed with this experience. The manufacturing defect alone was frustrating, but the assembly instructions made the situation even more difficult. The diagrams lacked clear orientation references, making it unnecessarily challenging to determine whether the issue was due to assembly or a defective component.
While I was ultimately able to complete the cabinet, I should not have had to modify a brand-new piece of furniture to correct a manufacturing error. As a result, I am dissatisfied with both the product quality and the overall customer experience. Based on this experience, I do not plan to purchase from your company again or recommend your products to others.

Met my expectations
I love the cabinet, it is everything I wanted. I did think I could fit more in it, but it works for me. However it was a little hard to put together and took several hours to do. It fits my space well and looks great in my house.
It is just the right size, not too huge not too small.
So far, I am very satisfied with this trash can. I had been a bit worried after seeing reviews mentioning that some units arrived with dents, but the one I received was in perfect condition—not a single dent! I really like the dual-bin design, as it allows me to handle both trash and recyclables in one place. The color is on the lighter side, which I appreciate because it blends beautifully with my home décor. The included trash bags are slightly oversized, but that’s not an issue at all and is easily resolved.
