Great pantry. Wish the drawers were a little deeper. Instructions are good. It did take about 6 hrs to put together and takes 2 people for sure as you put the pieces together.

When I see an easily avoidable spelling mistake, I don't have much faith in the manufacturer to provide a quality product. The mistake I'm referring to is under the types of rooms where this item could be used. There's no such thing as a "dinging" room. A simple spell check would have caught this error, and I would have had more faith in your product. I'm letting you know because by overlooking this simple advertising error, who knows how many other sales have been lost?

Pieces do not fit, it will not go together properly. I now have to make a video to prove to oh will that the pieces do not fit. As I just purchased a new home, I have not yet done so. I am also waiting to do so until I am less angry about the way I am doubted on the oh will end of this. As a 65 year old, I have put together a great deal of furniture that needs to be assembled, this was even a skill I had to use for a job that I held. The pieces simply do not fit. I know how to set a piece in a groove. The pieces are not even cut square. I would love to purchase from this company again but oh will is leaving me no choice. All I asked for was a return sticker and my money back. Now, when people come over and see the unfinished pantry, I have to explain about your company, i wish oh will would handle this better.

I love the cabinet, it is everything I wanted. I did think I could fit more in it, but it works for me. However it was a little hard to put together and took several hours to do. It fits my space well and looks great in my house.

To many parts, loose fasteners, and a little wobbly.
