My order was misdirected in shipping due to autofill on their web. Even though it was sent to an incorrect address it did not get there either. It went to a third address. When I noticed it I immediately contacted them and then got to deal with a customer service advisor who was horrible. She knew nothing and was instructed to just say no. I asked for a supervisor and did not get one to respond. I proposed fixes to the situation right away, but it took her a week to come around and actually propose what I had given her as a remedy. Also they won't get on a phone. Only can contact when they are in work during their hours by email. Totally frustrating and disappointing. Nothing good to say about the weeklong experience.

It was fairly easy to put together and did it by myself. The package comes with clear and easy-to-follow instructions, and most of the assembly was already done. This ride-on kart was a big hit in our household. All the kids wanted a turn and had a blast.

The firetruck was a big hit. My grandson turned 5 and he drove it around as soon as he got it. The only reason I did not give this review a 5 star is because there was a part missing on the fire extinguisher. Without it the extinguisher cannot pressurize to work.

I’ve had this car for a month and it’s still works well.

I’m not sure what’s the problem but the truck will not charge with the charger it came with.
