Very disappointed.

I was unsuccessful at putting it together. And the width of the headboard was much smaller than my queen bed.
I was told I could return it, but I would have to pay for shipping and with the weight of the entire package
It would cost more than the bed itself. And with it being so heavy and awkward, I have no way of getting it to UPS anyway anyways.
I was really excited about this bed and every step of the way has been a disappointment.
When they delivered it, they delivered it down the stairs to my apartment. My unit was 32 and they left it on the street. It is extremely heavy and I had to enlist help from someone to get it up the stairs.
I was not offered any compensation, even though I had communication with this company. One of the parts didn’t fit, and I was not given enough screws.
I won’t be doing business with this company again.

I put in the wrong address and had to contact the company. They helped me change my address and delivered the bedframe as soon as they could. Box was a little messed up but the bed frame was in good condition.
