The delivery experience was terrible—my bed was left out in the rain. However, the seller listened to my feedback and resolved the issue properly. Even though the outcome wasn't ideal, I would still be willing to shop here again. Customer service really matters!

This bed is very sturdy, and I really like the under-bed storage—it was a pleasant surprise. The quality is excellent, and the price is very reasonable.

This bed looks and feels high-end, and the materials are of excellent quality. I really like the storage space underneath. However, the support mechanism (gas springs) cannot hold the weight of the mattress; it won't stay open unless someone holds it in place, which could pose a safety risk. It took the two of us two hours to assemble it, and all the necessary hardware was included in the package.

The experience so far has been excellent; I’ve been using this bed for about seven months, and I really appreciate the under-bed storage. However, there is one thing to note: if the bed is made with heavy bedding (such as a thick duvet or heavy blankets), lifting the bed platform requires considerable effort, and it won't stay raised on its own; it only stays up if you use just the mattress and lightweight bedding. Also, a quick reminder: this bed comes with a lot of parts, so be sure to be extra careful during assembly.

I absolutely love my king-size bed; the fabric has a wonderful texture and is very easy to maintain. As an African American with curly hair, I was initially concerned that hair products might stain the bed frame—especially given the fabric's color—but in practice, this hasn't been an issue at all. If I do spot a stain, I can simply wipe it clean with some vinegar.
