Strong Chemical Odor – Concerned About Safety

The cabinet has a very strong chemical odor that makes me concerned about the safety of using it inside my home. The smell is so strong that I had to move the cabinet outside and leave it there to air out. I hope the odor will decrease over time, but for now, I do not feel comfortable keeping it indoors.

Although I purchased this cabinet at a discounted price, I don't think a lower price should mean accepting a product that may negatively affect indoor air quality or potentially pose a health concern. I am disappointed and would not recommend this product unless the manufacturer can confirm that the materials and emissions meet applicable safety standards.

Hi,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand your concern regarding the odor after receiving the cabinet.
The odor you noticed may be related to the paint or protective coating used on the drawer slides, which can be more noticeable when the product is newly unpacked. Please rest assured that our products undergo quality inspections and relevant safety testing to ensure they meet applicable standards. We have also sent the available testing reports to your email for your reference. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope the information provided helps address your concern.

Looks good with space for a good number of shoes. But for those with men’s shoes sized 13+ it wil...

The piece looks just like it does in the photos and fits 3 pairs per shelves. But not deep enough for men’s shoes size 13 and up

Shoe Storage Cabinet 6-Tier Entryway Shoe Storage Organizer

Decent looking but poor quality. A lot of the pieces came chipped and scratched.

Happy with product :)

It is so cute that it could be displayed in any area of the house actually. I’m using it as an entry shoe closet to avoid the ugly shoe mess. Pretty good size for a small apartment.

3.5 stars

Came with a small imperfection.
