For a patient who spends over 15 hours a day in bed, this is a necessary expense. It runs quite quietly, with a sound similar to a white noise machine or a small fan. Installation and setup are simple, though putting on the fitted sheet is a bit of a hassle—you have to be careful not to crush the air pump's power cord located at the foot of the bed. The price is also very reasonable. I really wish I had known about this type of home care product sooner.

I’m certain my mother really enjoyed the sensation of movement beneath her. Since I wasn't sure which setting to use, I simply turned it up to a higher level, and she said it felt better that way. Aside from the setting, I was also unsure at the time whether I should detach the hose. To avoid damaging anything, I sent a message to ask; they replied quickly, confirming it was fine. The customer service representative was very pleasant, too.
