This platform bed frame is designed with a Victorian-style headboard. No box spring is needed, and it still supports a box spring in case. The headboard is a good height and without any formaldehyde. There are no sharp edges around it either. This bed frame is made from a sturdy, high-quality metal frame. Noise level

Does bed make squeaky noise and metal changing when someone sits or lies down and turns over

Awesome Purchase.

The bed frame is super sturdy and looks really nice. It was easy to assemble and does not make noise. I agree with the person who said they wished that the screws were powder painted to match, I also wish the pole joints were cut out to seamlessly join the pieces. But I have to say I love the way it looks. I got a 14" mattress in a box and it is super comfortable. All in all for 550.00 with the mattress, I have the best most comfortable guest room.
