I hit a few minor snags along the way—mostly because I didn't look closely at the diagrams—but correcting the mistakes and finishing the assembly was easy. Although the instructions recommended a two-person team, I managed to assemble it on my own, albeit it took a little longer. The assembly of the second bookshelf went very smoothly. All the fasteners were individually packaged and labeled, and they even included a few spares for each type just in case—honestly, I can't remember the last time I encountered such a thoughtful seller; it was a truly delightful experience! The product quality is excellent. I am 100% satisfied and highly recommend both the seller and the product.

There was some slight damage during shipping, but customer service was very cooperative and quickly resolved the issue to my satisfaction! The size and color are excellent—exactly what I needed!
