Good Value for the Price

Overall, I am pleased with the Metal Platform Bed Frame I purchased. My husband was able to put it together without getting more grey hair. It seems sturdy and of good quality. I would have given it 5 stars but the black metal is much more glossy than I was expecting. In hindsight, If I had known I would have ordered a bed frame that was more matted.

I love the bed. The setup instructions were easy to follow. The only reason I decided on giving it a 4 instead of a 5 is because of the support bar in the middle of each side. I’ve hit it with my foot 3 times when going to bed. My grandmother had a similar style brass bed from the 1920’s and the middle support wasn’t needed. Of course I understand why it’s there for ease of shipping, but I am going to try to find something to wrap around it to soften the blow.
