This feeder works really well; you just need to figure out how to set the feeding schedule and times. At first, my cat was a bit scared of the noise the machine makes when dispensing food and the sound of the food hitting the bowl, but it is gradually getting used to the sounds. The machine dispenses food right on time according to the set schedule and portion size. The only issue now is that I still need to figure out how to refill the hopper when it runs empty!!

This product works great and has successfully stopped my cat from waking me up at 5 a.m. for food. My cat used to be able to force the old feeder to dispense food, but it hasn't figured out a way to outsmart this one yet. As others have noted, while the manual looks comprehensive at first glance, there is actually room for improvement. It doesn't specify the exact portion sizes, so I had to figure it out through trial and error; I discovered that a setting of 4 "portions" equals exactly one-third of a cup.

It’s fantastic! It works really well, and I no longer have to worry about feeding my cat. I love that I can adjust the number of daily feedings and the portion size for each meal, and it’s very easy to set up.

I initially wanted to give it a 4.5-star rating, but since that wasn't an option, I ultimately decided on 5 stars given its easy setup and precise portion control. I filled the hopper at the start of the month and only needed to refill it once last week. By my estimate, if set to the minimum portion size, the 3-liter hopper (I don't recall the exact capacity) should last about three weeks. I would have given it a perfect score, but it lacks Bluetooth connectivity and doesn't have a quick-dispense button on the panel; this means that to dispense food immediately, you have to unlock the full settings menu, which isn't very convenient.
