Before first use, lay the mattress flat in a well-ventilated area for 48-72 hours until it is fully expanded (do not expose it to sunlight). If it has not yet finished expanding, use a vacuum cleaner or hair dryer to make it expand; during this time you can dab the foam with your hands (without getting too hot or applying too much pressure).
The inner foam is not washable, but the cover can be removed for cleaning. The package only contains a mattress topper and a topper cover. Keep it out of sunlight when you don't need to use it.

I love this mattress topper. It is not too thick but super comfortable.
This mattress is comfortable and reliable. When you first get it, it takes a minute to expand and you might not think it will expand all the way, but it will. Trust the process. Very good, buy now. do it. Why are you still reading this? The "Buy Now" button is right there.
The product matches the description very well. Very comfortable too. However, every week or so, it moves out of the way and has to be manually returned to the center of the mattress. Overall I'm very satisfied and would recommend!
We were given a pull out sofa which was not very comfortable to sleep on. Although a bit oversized, it works well. Conveniently stored in our sofa storage box when not in use.
My dad said it was great and very comfortable.
