The stand had scratches on it when I opened the box. It was as if someone had returned it after getting halfway through with assembly, and it received no inspection before going back out.

I attempted to return the item, and was told that I would have to pay full shipping, and that that would probably be more than the total cost of the item, so I should just keep it. Despite the fact that it is scratched and that I repacked it in its original packaging. They offered me a $40 consolation to just go away. Now I have this thing in my house that I do not want. Lesson learned.

If anyone wants a scratched 69'' TV stand. Hit me up.

This piece is beautiful in person. I purchased the Walnut finish--it is darker than the online photos. It was very easy to assemble and I was honestly a little surprised by how nice the quality is. Overall a good looking product that fits my style.

Easy to assemble, only took about an hour. Straight forward assemble instructions. I think I’ve over tightened the frame because it is hard to slide. I hope it'll become smoother after some use.
