I almost didn't buy this refrigerator because many reviews mentioned it arrived with dents or other damage. My refrigerator was packed incredibly well; I even needed a second trash can to move it. It was wrapped in plastic film, tied with fiber straps, packed in a thick cardboard box, with protective padding on the corners, thick foam padding on top and bottom, and even more cardboard corner protectors inside. Anti-theft tape was affixed to the doors and all the shelves. The refrigerator arrived perfectly intact.
